We have first-hand knowledge and experience in evaluating and implementing processes compliant with internationally recognized standards and criteria ranging from the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award to the ISO set of Standards, CMMI and ITIL.  The organization is familiar with well-known tools and techniques, such as Lean Six Sigma and Benchmarking to identify best practices, and assists organizations in implementing process improvements in not only a professional and successful, but friendly manner.

Key Steps

1. Strategic Planning and Program Evaluation

Develop Strategic Plan to reflect updated mission and vision statements, and integrate with documented branch processes and revised scorecard measures.  Provide subject matter expertise to refine the Balanced Scorecard.

 

2. Strategic Business Analyses

Revise Strategic Plan to reflect updated mission and vision statements, and integrate with documented branch processes and revised scorecard measures.

 

3. Process and Performance Improvement

Conduct on-site Internal Assessments for Clients and provide audit reports documenting compliance to the requirements of the standard, summarizing results of reviews with any observations, recommendations, and assistance for corrective actions.  Document all deficiencies in the Process Improvement Request (PIR) format and assist the ISO Management Representative with resolving all requests.  Participate in Quarterly Management Review meetings, which serve as the Management Review of conformance to the requirements of the standard.

 

4. Communications and Change Management

Conduct interviews with key personnel in order to develop documentation of all branch processes.  Update documentation as needed. Provide subject matter expertise on organizational design and change management.  Assist the ISO Management Representative with administration of the Customer Satisfaction Survey.

 

5. Training, Certification and Recognition

Develop and conduct training for personnel as required.  Topics may include root-cause analysis, using the PIR system, and quality management system principles.
