Qi2 Champions Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) Empowerment Contracting program was enacted into law as part of the Small Business Reauthorization Act of 1997. The program encourages economic development in historically underutilized business zones - "HUBZones" - through the establishment of preferences. SBA's HUBZone program is in line with the efforts of both the Administration and Congress to promote economic development and employment growth in distressed areas by providing access to more federal contracting opportunities.​

Quality Innovation is a HUBZone company. Our principal location is in the South Austin HUBZone. We give preference to potential employees who reside in a HUBZone or other qualified locations. When we establish new office locations, we locate within HUBZones to give employees who live in the HUBZone the opportunity to reduce or eliminate their commute and to support the economic development of the HUBZone.
